Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Some items may ship separately depending on vendor fulfillment partnerships.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer standard domestic shipping within the United States. Expedited options may be offered at checkout based on availability and carrier options.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently supported but may be added in the future.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We are not liable for shipping delays once your package is in the hands of the carrier but will assist in locating or resolving issues when possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at thejukeboxdown@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Please retain packaging and photographic evidence when possible.
